Yesterday I posted about how I feel the music is starting to speak again.

Today I’m sitting in the studio watching “Talking To You” do its thing…and it honestly makes me so happy to see it.

So many DJs I respect, from completely different sides of the scene, are playing and supporting this record. And at the same time, seeing it doing so well on Beatport and getting so much love from you guys too.

No gimmicks. No big story behind it. Just a track I made in this room that seems to be connecting with people.

Maybe the music really is speaking again. ❤️

Lately, I’ve had conversations with a lot of DJs who feel like giving up.

Not because they’ve fallen out of love with music, but because they’ve started believing that success is more about followers, content and image than the records they make.

I understand why they feel that way. Social media has changed the game.

But I also think the pendulum is starting to swing back.

More and more, I’m seeing people connect with artists because of the music they put out, the sets they play and the identity they’ve built through sound.

Social media will always matter. But great music has always outlived great marketing.

If you’re an artist who’s been questioning whether it’s still worth putting in the hours in the studio, don’t stop.

The next chapter might belong to the music again.

Sitting at the airport with a healthy meal, my vitamins, and my camera, getting ready for another trip, I found myself reflecting on something.

Yesterday I had the honour of being invited to the Arts Council of Malta.

During the conversation, they reminded me of something I hadn’t really stopped to think about…I’ve been doing this for a long time.

Looking back at photos like these, it’s crazy how much has changed.

Ten years ago, touring was all about the parties. Today it’s about looking after myself so I can keep doing what I love for many more years. Healthy food, training, meditation, vitamins, creating content, and always trying to become a better version of myself.

The passion for music hasn’t changed one bit. Only the person behind it has.

And honestly…I wouldn’t have it any other way.

It’s getting the call to come back.
